A To Z Florist

I placed my order online . The arrangement that I ordered was called “thoughtful sentiment” . The price was $80 plus $17 for delivery and handling . The first photo is what I ordered and the second photo is the arrangement that was delivered. The Photo of what I ordered has numerous flowers and is a very full arrangement with several pink and lavender roses , but the actual arrangement that was delivered has very few flowers, to the point that it looks sparse with only a couple of roses and Is very much underwhelming. I am just extraordinarily disappointed. My uncle passed away, and I ordered this for his wife whom he had been married to for 70 years. I was completely embarrassed when I saw the flowers. The only reason I gave them two stars was because they delivered the flowers on time. Never again Will I order from this florist.

Just got off of the phone with PAM. I ordered flowers through 1800 flowers for my sister. We order flowers this way QUITE often. Never had an issue. I also raise and sell plants. We don't see which local florist is given the order and we live out of state. What we ordered and what she got is unacceptable. The phone call from Pam, however, was ridiculous. She is rude, arrogant, and delusional. I'm not going to go into the insanity of her getting my number and calling me just to complain about how unfair 1800 flowers is and how amazing her shop is and how wrong everyone else is, but the photos can speak for themselves. So can her bad reviews. 3.4 stars on Google, 2.4 stars on yelp, 2.5 stars on FSN, and 2.3 stars on Facebook. She stated all of these bad reviews are because of 1800 flowers not her. Despicable. I will be reporting that phone call and the things said to 1800 flowers. Avoid this shop. There are plenty of small business florists who are absolutely amazing.

In the midst of a very busy work day, these lovely flowers were delivered. A friend had ordered a Christmas bouquet and this arrangement has beautiful, substantial white roses, holly berries, and a lovely mix of red, green, and white. Friendly delivery person and the sender was very pleased with the arrangement, too. They said, “I always worry they won't be as pretty as the picture, but they did a great job!” I’ve never used them prior but would now, based on this experience, Thank you A to Z. (Pic at work, pic settled in holiday decor).

Needed a last minute corsage for my daughter and they made it happen! After several calls to other florist and getting No’s, I followed my spirit and went to A to Z..best decision I made!! The owner was great and worked with me even though they usually need 24 hours to make a special order. I showed her a picture of my daughter dress and she took it from there. She absolutely knocked it out the park and came through for me in the clutch!! You have gained a customer for life!

GREAT SERVICE! In a pinch, I placed an order online the evening before my best friend’s birthday. The next morning I looked back on their website and noticed they had some pretty bad reviews. I became concerned that I had chosen a bad florist. However, my experience was a positive one. A to Z Florist, during inclement weather delivered on time, exactly what I ordered. The floral arrangement and all were perfect and of good quality. The delivery driver was a very kind young man- didn’t get his name ): Kuddos to you A to Z for helping me make my best friend’s birthday special!!!
